Job description
About the role
A large Dutch public service organisation with its own IT department is digitising its services for colleagues and users. In this role you find out which functionality is needed and turn that into user stories and designs. You act as the link between business and technology.
What you will do
- Draw up service designs, process models, and logical data models
- Support developers during build and answer their questions
- Explain design choices to business colleagues and build support for solutions
- Produce a complete design together with the solution architect and the team
- Work out database models, screen descriptions, and message specifications
- Gather functional needs and translate them into user stories
