Back-end PHP developer

About the role

You join a mid-sized digital agency that helps companies with strategy, technology, and user experience. The agency wants to invest further in development and is therefore strengthening its back-end capacity. You work in a small team on projects for a range of clients.

What you bring

• Knowledge of API architectures is an extra plus
• Experience with Laravel, WordPress, WooCommerce, or Magento 2 is a plus
• At least two years of experience as a back-end developer
• Familiar with JavaScript and a framework such as Angular, Vue, or React
• Proactive attitude and a positive outlook

What you will do

• Run demos and think along with end clients
• Advise strategists on technical solutions for new client questions
• Further develop and support projects after delivery
• Contribute ideas on applying techniques such as PWA and headless
• Configure the CMS to fit the way each client works
• Check during the design phase whether plans are technically feasible
• Build integrations between back-office systems and websites or webshops
