Backend developer Node.js

About the role

A small Dutch digital agency builds online platforms, tools, APIs, and integrations for organisations that depend heavily on the web. You work in a self-managing project team without project managers, with the client represented as well. You switch between long-running products and shorter assignments.

What you bring

• You take responsibility and enjoy working closely in a small team
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Willingness to experiment with new technology
• Experience with backend development in Node.js

What you will do

• Handling data processing and integrations with external systems
• Contributing to solutions, process, and client communication
• Designing and building technically challenging solutions with your project team
• Developing custom applications and APIs in Node.js with NestJS
• Setting up scalable infrastructure on public cloud platforms
