Job description
About the role
An organisation that develops and maintains software for the healthcare market is looking for a business analyst who also acts as product owner. In this role you translate needs from the healthcare market into clear requirements for the development teams.
What you bring
- Strong spoken and written Dutch and English
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare IT
- Experience working with Scrum, Agile, or SAFe
- Experience with backlog management and daily prioritising
- Knowledge of analysis techniques such as UML or Volere
- HBO level of thinking in business administration, IT, health technology, or similar
- Experience with a long-standing software product is an advantage
What you will do
- Managing and prioritising the backlog for the development teams
- Giving structure to development teams within a Scrum or SAFe way of working
- Keeping documentation complete in view of the MDR
- Sharing knowledge about the healthcare market with colleagues
- Applying business analysis techniques to capture requirements clearly
