Business analyst

About the role

A growing Dutch software company that builds its own products for the staffing sector is looking for a business analyst. You join an IT team that is expanding fast and runs many projects at once. You act as the link between stakeholders and developers.

What you will do

• Translate those needs into workable specifications for the development team
• Write and maintain backlog items
• Gather, analyse, and map out the needs of stakeholders
• Develop solution directions and explain them in plain language
• Validate business requirements with those involved

What you bring

• Experience with Azure DevOps is an advantage
• HBO level of education or higher
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and a proactive attitude
• Good communication skills and a structured way of working
• At least two years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
• Experience with Agile Scrum is an advantage
