C++ developer

About the role

An international cyber security company is looking for an experienced C++ developer. You will work in a small development team on scanning software that processes large volumes of network data at high speed. The aim is to help companies protect their environment with insights from an attacker's point of view.

What you bring

• Experienced C++ developer with an eye for detail

• Experience with Linux is an advantage
• Experience with embedded systems is an advantage

What you will do

• Further optimise the software through design led choices
• Contribute to the design of the software architecture
• Write well considered and highly efficient C++ code
• Adapt the architecture so multiple protocols can be scanned side by side
• Help build a scanner that processes network data at high speed
• Work with the team on how the architecture fits together
