Job description
About the role
An IT services firm is looking for a Cloud DevOps engineer. You work on cloud environments that are built and managed through code. You get room to explore new technology.
What you will do
- Set up and manage cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code
- Manage configuration and code in version control with Git
- Work with containers in Linux and open source environments
- Automate operational tasks with Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform
What you bring
- Solid grasp of Linux and open source environments
- Willing to pick up new technologies
- Experience with containers and with Git
- Experience as a cloud engineer with clear drive
- Familiar with the principles of Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of at least one cloud technology, such as OpenShift, AWS, or Azure
- Skilled with Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform
