Domain architect corporate services

About the role

A large Dutch public organisation is looking for a domain architect for its corporate support domain. Reliable information provision is decisive for meeting its objectives. You join a central team of more than forty colleagues that steers information provision at strategic and tactical level.

What you will do

• Spot change issues and help define the measures needed
• Draft architecture strategy plus business, information, and application architecture for the domain
• Review the quality of information provision through advice and formal statements
• Enable portfolio planning through roadmaps and decision memos
• Contribute to learning and improvement within the architecture team
• Track market and technology trends and adjust the architecture accordingly
• Translate security and privacy policy frameworks into concrete guidelines

What you bring

• Practical experience with the design and workings of administrative processes
• Architecture experience in a corporate support subdomain is a plus
• Strong advisory, communication, and explanatory skills
• Experience in government or another politically governed environment
• Knowledge of business transformation planning is a plus
• At least 3 years of experience building domain architectures with TOGAF and ArchiMate
• HBO level of working and thinking, WO is a plus
