Job description

About the role

A Dutch software organisation that supplies administration and monitoring systems for the public sector is looking for a front-end developer. You work with a development team on software used daily by professionals. The focus is the migration of a large application to a new front-end.

What you bring

  • Involvement in design processes for user-friendly applications is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a flexible attitude
  • Experience with Vue.js 3 and the Composition API is a plus
  • HBO level of working and thinking as a minimum
  • Experience working in a large code base
  • Experience with Vue.js 2 combined with TypeScript, unit testing, and end-to-end testing
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

What you will do

  • Advise on technical options and choices
  • Develop, test, and maintain new front-end components
  • Contribute to migrating the front-end to a Vue.js application
  • Translate user and business needs into technical solutions
  • Work out solutions for customer questions together with the team
