Full stack Java developer

About the role

You join an international IT services firm with a software engineering practice in the Netherlands. The focus is bespoke software for problems that off-the-shelf products cannot solve. As a full stack Java developer you work at client organisations in varying technical environments.

What you will do

• Contribute to the architecture of new solutions
• Integrate third-party systems and maintain existing solutions
• Design and build applications within a DevOps team at a client organisation
• Share knowledge with colleagues during knowledge sessions and in the team
• Work with Java, Spring Boot, and a modern front-end stack

What you bring

• At least 3 years of experience as a software developer
• HBO level of thinking and working
• Familiar with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud, NoSQL, and CI/CD
• Eager to learn and happy to share knowledge
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Angular, and TypeScript
• Works with clean code, TDD, DDD, and agile practices
