Job description
About the role
A mid-sized Dutch software company builds custom solutions for organisations in the care sector, from dashboards and social intranets to larger websites and mobile apps. As a junior front-end developer you help raise the quality of the front-end code, supported by experienced developers.
What you will do
- Cut loading and execution times and make code less error prone
- Work on the front-end code in Vue and raise its quality
- Build accessible HTML and CSS3 with SASS following the WCAG guidelines
- Work on responsive custom applications, dashboards, websites, and mobile apps
- Develop progressive web apps with service workers and ES6 JavaScript from scratch
- Encourage colleagues to adopt newer techniques
