Junior PHP web developer

About the role

An IT services firm guides starters towards a career as a web developer. You follow an intensive training programme while working on technical challenges at client organisations. The aim is that within a year you build and develop web applications independently.

What you will do

• Keep up with new techniques in web development
• Take part in monthly knowledge sessions
• Build and further develop web applications with PHP and MySQL
• Create front-end work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Work on technical challenges that match your ambitions

What you bring

• Completed or nearly completed HBO or WO degree in IT
• Knowledge of object oriented programming is a plus
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, MySQL, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with Angular, React, or MongoDB is welcome
• Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written
• Strong problem solver, good communicator, and eye for detail
