Job description
About the role
A large utility construction contractor is looking for an experienced lead site manager. You work on a substantial energy infrastructure project delivered under an integrated contract. You become the right hand of the discipline lead on site.
What you will do
- Coordinating planning and quality with installers and subcontractors
- Managing and coaching two site managers, one of them starting out
- Safeguarding the agreements set out in the integrated contract
- Preparing the start of a following comparable project
- Working with around ten site managers in a national project organisation
- Leading the day to day execution on the building site
What you bring
- Strong at steering and making decisions on site
- Knowledge of working under an integrated UAV-GC contract
- Good communicator towards client, installers, and subcontractors
- Extensive experience as a site manager in utility construction
- Experience with high voltage or energy substations is a plus
