Job description
About the role
An international IT services firm is looking for a Python developer to work on assignments for both small and large clients. You join Agile teams that build complex systems and handle integration challenges. Three forms of collaboration are available, so the arrangement fits your situation.
What you will do
- Set up test automation across the layers of the test pyramid
- Work with an automated build pipeline and safeguard code quality
- Build software using Python and related frameworks and tools
- Analyse and design complex systems within an Agile or Scrum team
- Take on integration challenges, including data exchange via XML and XSD
What you bring
- Preferably experience with integration challenges
- Knowledge of CI/CD, build scripting, and test automation
- Demonstrable experience working in an Agile or Scrum team
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and with Git
- Knowledge of Python frameworks such as NumPy, TensorFlow, pandas, Flask, Django, or SQLAlchemy
- Experience analysing and designing complex systems
- HBO or WO level of thinking
