Security consultant

About the role

An international consultancy firm focused on energy and sustainability is looking for a security consultant. You work at clients that build solutions for the energy transition and vital infrastructure. In this role you help develop the information security of energy networks further.

What you bring

• You enjoy working with technical teams at various clients
• You can pick up risk analyses and audits independently
• You have practical knowledge of information security
• You have a feel for implementing and improving security processes

What you will do

• Work closely with software and data engineers
• Improve security processes such as incident handling and threat analysis
• Help maintain the information security management system
• Act as the security conscience in product teams digitising the energy network
• Apply your information security knowledge within client organisations in the energy domain
• Contribute to internal and external audits
• Carry out risk analyses and guide penetration tests
