About the role
A services organisation in data and analytics is looking for a senior data engineer. In this role you work on data platforms and pipelines using a modern technical stack.
What you bring
- Experience with Spark, Kafka, and Airflow
- Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Strong in Python and preferably Scala as well
- Solid experience as a data engineer at senior level
What you will do
- Build and maintain data pipelines with Python and Scala
- Work with Spark and Kafka to process large data streams
- Deploy solutions with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Orchestrate workflows using Airflow
- Support machine learning work with Scikit-learn and TensorFlow
