Senior front-end developer

About the role

You join a mid-sized international software company that builds and owns its own SaaS products. You work in an experienced development team on an existing application used at large scale. Because a lot of personal data is processed, security is a constant point of attention.

What you will do

• Refactor the codebase and decide which parts take priority
• Turn designs into working components in Storybook
• Improve the user experience together with the other front-end specialists
• Spot performance and security issues early and get them resolved
• Review the work of colleagues and keep quality high

What you bring

• You speak English
• You translate a Figma design into a working application
• Experience with Git, REST or OpenAPI interfaces, and tests in Jest, Mocha, or Cypress
• You occasionally write or maintain PHP and Twig templates in the back end
• You solve problems independently and keep up with new techniques
• Familiar with Tailwind and writing maintainable, fast components
• Solid experience with JavaScript, Vue including VueRouter and Pinia or Vuex, and CSS3
