Senior full-stack developer PHP and Vue

About the role

A mid-sized Dutch software company is looking for a senior full-stack developer. The organisation builds a workforce management platform used across the leisure, retail, and events markets. You join a department of six developers, split across two teams.

What you will do

• Keep a sharp eye on performance and ease of use
• Work in an agile setting with product owner, architect, scrum master, and designer
• Discuss system architecture choices with the architect
• Cover code with automated tests for reliable releases
• Coach junior and medior colleagues to a higher level
• Rebuild older modules step by step with Laravel and Vue

What you bring

• You set priorities, see the bigger picture, and collaborate well
• Experience with APIs, SOAP, AJAX, JSON, and XML
• Laravel, Vue, Doctrine, and DevOps knowledge are a plus
• At least five years of relevant work experience
• Experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• HBO or WO degree, for example in computer science or software engineering
• Automated testing is second nature to you
