Job description
About the role
An international technology services firm is looking for an experienced Java developer. You work in an agile team on backend development and deliver code that stays maintainable.
What you bring
- Familiar with clean code as a starting point
- Experience with Git and a CI/CD environment
- You speak Dutch and English
- Experience with Java versions 1 to 18 and Spring
- At least three years of experience as a Java developer
What you will do
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
- Manage code in Git and follow up builds in Azure DevOps or similar
- Take part in agile sprints following Scrum
- Develop backend applications in Java and the Spring Framework
- Set up asynchronous communication with messaging such as RabbitMQ
