About the role
A mid-sized Dutch organisation providing digital services for logistics is looking for a UX designer. You join a growing design team and work on products for carriers and shippers. The aim is to make complex processes simpler, faster, and safer for users.
What you will do
- Create designs and validate them with users
- Research the needs of business users
- Work with development teams to deliver designs
- Make ideas concrete and bring colleagues and clients along
- Lead the design process for digital products and new features
What you bring
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a UX, UI, product, or interaction designer
- You roll up your sleeves when needed
- A portfolio with several projects that show your work
- Experience in a multidisciplinary team with product owners, analysts, and developers
- You independently lead research, design, and validation
