Job description
About the role
An international software company is looking for an experienced UX/UI lead. You define the UX/UI strategy and put it into practice together with product management, development, and commercial colleagues. You help drive the shift towards a product driven organisation with a UX first approach.
What you bring
- Experienced with design thinking, validation methods, and Figma
- Fluent in English
- University degree, preferably in digital design
- At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI designer in product organisations
- You convey your vision and take ownership
- Familiar with agile working and Scrum
- You can merge several products into one portfolio
What you will do
- Work with international colleagues across locations
- Coach product teams on embedding UX in their way of working
- Train designers, product managers, and developers in methods and tools
- Contribute to product discovery and discuss requirements with product management
- Set up a UX/UI strategy and roll it out step by step
- Create high-fidelity mockups and assign work within the design team
