Job description
About the role
You will join a Dutch organisation in the logistics sector. To develop its data environment further, there is room for an IT engineer focused on data. You build solutions for data processing and automation.
What you will do
- Write SQL queries and run data analysis, including in the data lake
- Make sure data quality, metadata, and policy rules stay well managed
- Build custom solutions and scripts for data processing and automation
- Set up and maintain ETL processes across storage locations and formats
What you bring
- Knowledge of various technical tools, platforms, and development methods
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata
- Strong SQL skills for writing queries and analysing data
- Experience with ETL processes and transforming data
- Experience with SQL, JSON, XML, APIs, and process automation tooling
