Data scientist

About the role

An international data and analytics services firm is looking to strengthen a growing team. For clients, data is made transparent through automated predictive models and targeted analyses. You also help clients set up and improve their data driven contact strategy.

What you will do

• Develop new and improved algorithms in Python
• Research patterns and techniques that improve models
• Answer analytical questions from clients
• Translate insights into measurable results for clients
• Build and implement custom models

What you bring

• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable data science role
• Knowledge of data modelling and statistical or econometric models
• Nice to have: commercial environment, e-commerce and online marketing, Exasol and Tableau
• Practical knowledge of SQL and Python
• WO level education, for example econometrics or similar
• Awareness of security around data storage and transport
• Experience designing algorithms and predictive analytics
