About the role
An international technology company builds cloud based data platforms for online commerce. You join a team that develops new services and data integrations. You get room to help shape the technical direction.
What you will do
- Design, build, integrate, and maintain new services and APIs
- Design and extend data processing flows within the platform
- Connect the various systems inside the platform
- Deliver complex data integrations
- Design and extend the online architecture of the platform
- Improve existing back-end services
What you bring
- At home in Google Cloud and in cloud computing concepts
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs, plus working knowledge of Shell
- Interest in complex algorithmic solutions and in coaching colleagues
- At least four years of programming experience and you enjoy coding
- Familiar with data modelling and databases, preferably MongoDB, BigQuery, and PostgreSQL
- Experienced with Python 3 and web projects in high traffic environments
- Fluent Dutch, with an eye for usability, robustness, and business value
