About the role

A Dutch IT services provider focused on business-critical IT for organisations in vital infrastructure is looking for a presales solution architect. In this role you connect client needs to technical solutions and the services around them. You act as the technical conscience in first conversations with existing and prospective clients.

What you bring

  • You inspire clients and colleagues and help them make choices
  • You advise clients at strategic and tactical level on IT solutions
  • You know the concepts of IT outsourcing and apply them in practice
  • You enjoy working with commercial colleagues and technical specialists

What you will do

  • Advise clients on their most business-critical IT environments
  • Support the sales team in client meetings and tender processes
  • Contribute at strategic and tactical level on future IT solutions
  • Help shape new services and propositions with the commercial team
  • Work with solution outlines, product and service catalogues, and service level agreements
  • Lead the first technical conversations with existing and prospective clients
