About the role
An organisation active in infrastructure and area development is looking for a project leader or senior work planner. The work covers road building, reconstruction, and area development, from preparation through to delivery. You take the driving role and give direction to a team that still lacks experience.
What you will do
- Discussing approach and progress with clients
- Driving and leading projects in road building and area development
- Organising the work through to delivery
- Chairing meetings rather than merely attending them
- Guiding and coaching work planners
What you bring
- Willing to coach less experienced colleagues
- Either emerging talent with potential or a seasoned professional
- Experience with the preparation and delivery of infrastructure projects
- Strong in conversations with clients
- Able to steer a project team independently
