Job description
About the role
An internationally active organisation is looking for a security officer. In this role you make sure security becomes part of how the organisation thinks and works. You handle a wide range of cybersecurity tasks and projects.
What you will do
- Explain complex security decisions in plain language to colleagues
- Monitor compliance with information security laws and regulations
- Implement security measures and embed them across the organisation
- Work on a broad mix of cybersecurity tasks and projects
- Convince colleagues to put security first
What you bring
- Excellent command of English
- Available full time
- Able to keep an overview across many different tasks
- Knowledge of information security laws and regulations
- Broad knowledge of cybersecurity or the drive to build it
- Knowledge of ISO certifications, GDPR, or software development is a plus
