Senior .NET software engineer

About the role

A mid-sized international software company is looking for a senior software engineer to further develop a software solution for logistics processes. You work in a Scrum team on web applications that make complex international shipments simpler and more scalable. The development team offers plenty of room to specialise further.

What you bring

• Several years of experience as a senior software engineer
• Experience designing and building web applications in a SaaS environment
• Completed HBO degree in computer science or equivalent
• Solid knowledge of .NET Core and Angular
• Eager to keep learning and comfortable working in a team
• Experience working in an agile or Scrum environment

What you will do

• Contribute to technical choices and new developments
• Decide with the product owner which features get built
• Build and extend web applications using .NET Core and Angular
• Design solutions using service architecture and Domain Driven Design
• Work with Docker and cloud technology within Azure
• Release applications to production through a largely automated test pipeline
