Job description
About the role
A mid-sized Dutch company with its own online consumer platform is looking for a software tester. The platform is built entirely in house and handles large peaks in visitor numbers. You raise quality further, working with developers, product owners, and DevOps engineers.
What you bring
- At least 2 years of experience as a tester
- Experience with various testing methods
- HBO level of working and thinking
- Experience with test automation and with C# or TypeScript is a plus
- Strong communicator, proactive, and able to work independently
- Certified in TMAP or ISTQB
What you will do
- Support developers in improving their testing processes
- Help shape the short and long term test strategy
- Expand and improve the test automation
- Write unit tests, API tests, and regression tests
- Optimise the build, test, and deployment pipeline with DevOps
- Write test plans and record and report the results

- Contract for 32 to 40 hours per week, to be agreed
