KPI targets

  • 13 standard recruitment metrics
  • Weekly and monthly granularity
  • Per consultant or team-rolled
  • Customisable labels

Recruitment is an activity business. Pipeline outcomes are downstream of how many mailshots went out, how many calls were dialled, how many shortlists landed, how many interviews ran. Teams that hit number consistently keep score weekly. A recruitment CRM that doesn't surface those activity counts is just a contact list.

The KPI module ships with 13 canonical metrics every recruitment desk runs: CV sends, interviews booked, mailshots, offers, placements, revenue, call time, gesprekken, voorstellen, signed clients. Each metric has a target and an actual, both weekly and monthly. Actuals roll in from the CRM automatically where the source is logged (deals, interviews, mailshots). Targets can be set per consultant or rolled up to the team.

Labels are customisable. If your agency calls 'mailshots' something different, rename it once and the change propagates everywhere in the CRM. The underlying canonical name keeps reports consistent across regions and offices.

What's in it

13 standard recruitment metrics

CV sends, interviews, mailshots, offers, placements, revenue, gesprekken, call time, voorstellen, signed clients. Preconfigured.

Weekly and monthly granularity

Targets and actuals at both intervals. A consultant sees the week, the manager sees the month.

Per consultant or team-rolled

Set individual targets, see the team total. Multi-office groups can compare across cities.

Customisable labels

Rename canonical metrics to your agency's vocabulary. The underlying keys stay stable for reporting.

Visible to manager and consultant

Both sides see the same numbers in the CRM. No 'what's my score?' email at the end of the week.

Historical comparison

Last week, last month, last quarter. Trends, not just snapshots, drawn from the CRM history.
