Intro is the phase before the conversation truly begins. Wrong tone, a rushed introduction, or an incomplete self-introduction and the client already has a finger over the hang-up button. This course trains the opening for cold calls, warm follow-ups, video meetings, and calls that come through the gatekeeper.
