Labour market research

Non-profit

IPMERC Research is the non-profit research unit of IPMERC. It maps labour markets and relevant industries in eight countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden. Every finding is published openly.

What we do

Three activities, one goal: a sharper picture of the European labour market.

01

Market research

Recurring monitors per country: scarcity per sector and region, salary movement, time-to-hire, and hiring practice.

02

Statistical research

Surveys and interviews among recruiters, hiring managers, candidates and employers. We work under the statistical research rules of the GDPR (article 89): results are published in aggregate only, and answers are never traced back to a person.

03

Open publication

Reports and datasets are free for everyone: recruiters, employers, journalists and policy makers. No paywall, no registration.

Were you contacted?

Did you get a call or an e-mail from IPMERC Research asking you to take part in a study? This is what you should know.

  • Taking part is voluntary. Decline and we will not contact you again for that study.
  • Your contact details come from public sources, such as company websites and trade registers, or from an earlier conversation with us.
  • Your answers are used for statistics only. Never for sales, and never shared with the commercial side of IPMERC.
  • Want to verify a call or opt out of future research? Use the contact page.

The first labour market monitor covers the Netherlands and appears here after fieldwork closes. The other seven countries follow, country by country.
