About IPMERC
IPMERC is two things that need each other: a research unit that maps European labour markets, and a training platform for the people who work in them.
The platform
Recruitment is taught by sitting next to someone. That works, and it stops working the moment a team grows past the people who can spare an afternoon. The platform holds what a senior recruiter would otherwise say out loud: programs that run from foundations to advanced conversation technique, exercises that are scored rather than ticked off, and a knowledge base where every entry comes out of a real call. Four frameworks carry it: IPMERC, WRIOC, FAB, and SPIN. A public REST API puts the same material inside the tools a team already uses.
The research unit
IPMERC Research maps the labour markets of Europe through statistical research and publishes what it finds, free to read and free to cite. Every paper names its sources, every figure can be traced back to one, and the method behind the Futures scores is written down so anyone can recompute a cell by hand. Research that only its author can check is marketing with footnotes.
Where the method comes from
The training material is built from more than 25 years of real recruitment calls: what was said, what it did to the conversation, and what happened next. Nothing in the knowledge base is there because it sounds right in a classroom. An entry earns its place by having worked, or by having failed in a way worth knowing about.
Who runs it
IPMERC is operated by RDVW B.V., registered in the Netherlands. Questions about the platform, the research, or a partnership go through the contact page and reach a person, not a queue.
