IPMERC Certified
An earned credential for recruitment consultants. No attendance certificates, no paid badges: a certificate is issued only when every assessment in a program has been passed.
How a certificate is earned
Certificates are issued automatically by the IPMERC training platform. They cannot be bought, granted, or self-declared.
Each IPMERC program ends in a set of scored assessments. A consultant earns the program's certificate by passing every assessment in it, with a minimum score on each and a minimum average across the whole set. Retakes are part of the design: the certificate reflects mastery reached, not first-try luck.
Certificates carry the program's level: Foundations, Intermediate, or Expert. The bar rises with the level.
How to verify one
Every certificate has its own verification page on ipmerc.com. The link is the proof.
A certificate holder shares a link under ipmerc.com/certified. That page is served by IPMERC itself and shows the holder's name, the certificate, its level, and the issue date. If a certificate is ever revoked, the same page says so. If someone claims to be IPMERC Certified and cannot produce such a link, the claim does not stand.
On LinkedIn, IPMERC certificates appear under Licenses and certifications with IPMERC as the issuing organization and the verification page attached.
