Three serious options for training recruiters in the Netherlands, built for three different buyers. IPMERC is ours; the other two are better at what they are built for, and this page says when.

| Choose it when | Your bureau does uitzenden and consultants need SEU and CAO compliance. For that, artra is the better choice. | You build employer brands or recruit in-house for one organisation. For a corporate curriculum, the Academie is the better choice. | Your consultants bill on placements and you want them training every week instead of one classroom day per year. |
When to choose which
Choose artra when your bureau does uitzenden. SEU preparation and CAO compliance are its home ground, and no subscription replaces a sector qualification. Choose the Academie voor Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie when you recruit in-house or build employer brands: its curriculum is written for attracting candidates to one organisation, and it does that well.
Choose IPMERC when your consultants bill on placements. The method trains the client conversation and the candidate conversation every week, scores the practice, and costs € 19 to € 59 per person per month instead of a classroom budget per head. The three answers do not overlap much, which is the point: pick by desk, not by brand.
