The public REST API exposes programs, knowledge entries, and search behind a bearer token with per-key rate limits. Your CRM, your intranet, or any tool that speaks HTTP can pull the right answer for a given situation and show it next to the deal a consultant is working.

Prefer not to build against the API? Plugins drop the same knowledge and practice surfaces into your existing CRM screens. Use IPMERC as an API, as a plugin, or both. The training stays the single source of truth; your CRM stays where your pipeline lives.
